healthy evening snack 1
this evening food or snack is a very dangerous one. Have to have it light. If too heavy then you dinner will be skipped and then night no sleep. Not for people who are on intermittent fasting or people who like to finish their dinner by sunset.
so was wondering what to make. Not everyday I try to make these snacks. Sometimes the craving will.be too high.

sometimes I feel we are blessed to.have these quick commerce sites. Within 15 mins delivery of items.
so boiled sweet potatoes.
I added a handful of sorghum or jowar or sola flour for more nutrition
and I did.not add jaggery.
instead I added chilli and pepper powder and salt.
a handful of rice flour and butter.
knead well.
I.made 6 small cookie size and baked it in air fryer. The first batch got burnt. Because too much heat I guess. The second was ok.
I guess oven will be ideal.
I am trying to do it in roti size on.the tawa directly. Again it got stuck to the Tawa
it was sticky to an extent because of the jowar or white solam flour. But you can.simmer it and cook slowly. Reminded me of khakhra
it tasted good though. No guilt.
she got it perfectly rounded because she did not use.jowar.
